DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
To confirm your order, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required. This deposit is necessary to secure your order slot and initiate the baking process. Please note that submitting the order request form does not guarantee your order until the deposit has been paid.

PICK-UP TIME
Please choose a pickup time that is convenient for you, and make sure to arrive promptly. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, so we offer a 10 minute window for late arrivals. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a fee of $25 will be applied to your order.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Once you have paid the deposit toward your order, please be aware that it is non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your order for any reason, the deposit amount will not be returned.
